Interview with Shannyn Moore...

Saturday Jose got an opportunity to interview the most dynamic radio personality in Anchorage history, Ms. Shannyn Moore. As the interview progressed Jose seemed intrigued with Moore’s metaphors, laughing at the images she drew more than once. Discussing how radio has such an influence on minorities on a local and national level to the most recent news breaking release on Palin’s resignation. The interview was relaxed and easy flowing and overall excellent; and, as the conversation advanced Jose appeared more and more mesmerized by her.

Shannyn Moore clearly is no easy target. She is sought after by many in the media and other talk shows for her views. Thank goodness we had booked her three weeks ago. During these summer months contemplate adding a more vintage style to your wardrobe.

The wrap dress of the 70s is making a come back. Designer Diane Von Furstenberg brings more vibrant colors and prints to this classic look which can take you from business to an entertaining evening out.

If you haven’t already bought one there’s no time like the present as you will get the most out of this purchase having July and August remaining in the calendar year.Another choice is the drop waist dress. Its soft and ballooning form works well for any slender body mainly because it adds extra volume and width. Even the taller more statuesque slender shapes would benefit from this pick as the noticeable straight line breaks up any tall shape adding more interest and width to the middle of the body. You could even wear these dresses over straight legged jeans or leggings add some flats for a more focused trendy look or if you like you can dress it up with heels for a perfect summer evening style.

But, to draw attention away from your height consider a Poly-blend jersey wrap top Silk camisole with a Cotton-blend circle skirt preferably with an elastic band pair it with a stiletto sandal add a brooch pin or else you can combine a cotton cap sleeve sweater or cardigan with a linen blend skirt and sling back shoes. Also, linen jackets work well with a rayon tank and cotton-linen or Capri pant, maybe even accessorize with hoop earrings and sling backs flats.

Remember comfort doesn’t mean a T-shirt and jeans, consider the “vintage” look change it up a bit then make it your own!
